Online Program Registration... Credits and/or Refunds Payment of published fees is due at the time of registration; no prorating for partial or one-day attendance is permitted. Those registering for adult classes in the middle of the session or later will be charged half the applicable published newsletter class price. The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting a minimum enrollment after the first class meeting. If a program is canceled, full credit or refund of paid fees will be made. A refund or credit will be issued for medical reasons documented by a doctor’s statement. Such requests must be submitted to the Program Director responsible for the program. No refunds, credits, pro-rating, or make-ups will be made for programs missed for other reasons. You must register in-house if any of the following applies to you: You have credits on your account with us you wish to utilize You are registering half-way through the Session You are located In-District for Youth Soccer You are age 60+ and registering for Aquatic Fitness You are a member of the Timber Creek Golf Course You are a Dixon Family YMCA employee or family member YMCA Member programming costs will be available to all who are in good standing with us. If a specific class is full your name will be placed on a waiting list and no fees will be assessed. Should an opening occur, you will be contacted  and asked if you are still interested in registering for the program. However we do encourage you to make another choice. Swimming Lesson registration will close after the first class of the session begins. Specific child care options may require in-house registration.
